It’s hard to believe it’s already the middle of August! As usual, Telluride and Mountain Village have been very busy.
Last month the Telluride Historical Museum was named a Smithsonian Affiliate (congratulations) and earlier this month it was announced that Allegiant Air will once again have two flights into the Montrose Airport this winter ˆ one from Phoenix and another from Los Angeles (LAX). Look for more details in future ecards.
Telluride was also named one of the 10 friendliest cities in the US by Conde Nast Traveler (coming in at #8) ˆ click here for more details.
Real estate activity seems to be picking up again after a slight lull mid summer. There are now seven homes under contract in Telluride and five in Mountain Village and condo sales remain steady as well.
