Telluride’s ghouls and goblins have been out since Friday at many of the town’s unique Halloween celebrations. It all comes to an end Thursday with the annual parade and official celebration and then we’re on to winter! There’s already a lot of snow in the high country (and on Gold Hill) and there’s more forecast this week.
If you haven’t already purchased your season pass, the deadline for early bird pricing is this Friday, November 1.
Real estate activity has also continued to be robust with Telluride Consulting reporting almost $34 million in sales in September, a jump of 63% over Sept. 2012, which pulls us ahead of last year’s numbers by 6% for dollar volume YTD and leaves us just 5% behind 2012 in terms of number of sales.
