With the Bluegrass Festival behind us and the 4th of July next week, summer is officially underway. The weather has been fantastic and it’s nice to see everyone in town and enjoying all the mountains have to offer this time of year.
Real estate sales continue on track for a solid year with San Miguel County up 41% in dollar volume over 2013 through May 2014 and 23% in number of sales. The Town of Telluride continues to be one of the strongest segments of the market but May also saw two home sales in Mountain Village for a total of $6.9M so things are starting to pick up there as well.
