The rains have stopped and summer is in full swing, just in time for the Bluegrass Festival!
We went “off-line” in May and didn’t send an ecard, but that doesn’t mean we weren’t busy and things weren’t happening in Telluride. The school has broken ground on its remodel, our farmer’s markets are in full swing and the newly expanded Clarks Market across from our office is now open and they’re finishing the final parking lot work this month.
Real estate sales have continued at a brisk pace as well with dollar volume of sales in San Miguel County through May up 11% from 2014 and number of sales up 6% and things seem to be accelerating in June with the Town of Telluride the hottest segment of our market right now.
