The winter season is winding to a close with a string of beautiful sunny days and excellent spring skiing. There are still a lot of people in town and we expect to be busy right up to closing day.
That said, it’s never too early to start thinking about summer and the Colorado Flights Alliance recently announced an increase in commercial flights to the region for summer 2015, including added service from Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston and Dallas/Fort Worth in and out of Montrose.
Allegiant will extend its twice-weekly flights between LAX and Montrose from winter into summer. United flights from Houston will ramp up from twice-weekly to daily for the height of the summer season. Additional flights from Chicago, Denver and Dallas are also part of the increase.
