Summer festival season officially starts this week with MountainFilm in Telluride. This is one of our favorite festivals and if you’re in the area we encourage you to take in a film or two. As expected, April was another big month for real estate sales and San Miguel county is now up 59% in terms of dollar volume and 31% in number of sales over 2013.
